Echobox Audio Return Policy:

We stand behind our products, and because of that we offer a 30 day trial period for you to give them a go. Within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return your product for a full refund minus your shipping and a $10 restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in full working order and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned complete with the original packaging.

After sending a package, please email tracking information to support@eboxaudio.com in order for us to follow your shipment throughout its journey. If no tracking number is sent, we cannot guarantee your package will be properly received on our end. We hold no liability for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be either issued no refund or a partial refund at the sole discretion of the Echobox team. Items not refunded will be returned to the original customer for continued use, whereas partially refunded items will be retained by Echobox.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days following receipt of your refund confirmation, first check your bank account again, then contact your issuing credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@eboxaudio.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased using any form of discount cannot be refunded. There are no exceptions to this rule.

We have a very good warranty policy for all of our products which covers any form of defect resulting from the manufacturing process. We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged, so in the unfortunate instance that you believe your product will need to be exchange due to warranty, but aren't sure if it meets warranty requirements, send us an email at support@eboxaudio.com to work through the details and discuss next steps.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a restocking fee of $10.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please be patient.
